Delivery
Services are bespoke and delivered digitally. The expected delivery date is agreed before production. Rush timelines apply only when confirmed in writing.
Cancellations & refunds
If a project is cancelled before production begins, any refundable amount will be confirmed based on work already performed and non-recoverable costs. Once bespoke production has begun, deposits may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
Revisions
The number of included revisions is confirmed in the quote. Changes outside the agreed brief or additional revision rounds may incur an additional fee.
Privacy
We use information you provide to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, produce commissioned work and manage payments. We do not sell customer personal information. Payment information is processed by the selected payment provider and is not stored by this website.
Terms of service
Each commission is governed by the scope, price, delivery estimate and usage rights confirmed for that project. Clients are responsible for having permission to provide any third-party materials supplied for use. Commercial or paid-ad usage rights may require separate licensing.
